Image Indicator Stop Bath

  • Has a built-in indicator that will change from an ORANGE-YELLOW (that is invisible under red or yellow safe lights) at a pH below 5.0. As the pH of the bath increases, the color will change to PURPLE representing the minimum degree of acidity needed to keep the hardener from precipitating in a fixing bath.
  • Using Image Indicator Stop Bath one prevents dichroic fog, chemical fog, scum on the film, and prolongs the life of the fixer.

Instructions:

FOR FILM OR PAPER dilute with water 1 ounce of Indicator Stop Bath to 63 ounces to make 1/2 gallon of working solution (1:63).

Use at a temperature range between 65°-75°F.
